2. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the website, users agree to these terms

  • If they disagree, they must not use the site

3. Use of Website

  • No unlawful use

  • No uploading malicious code

  • No scraping or copying content without permission

  • No impersonation of society officials

4. Intellectual Property

  • All website content belongs to NGOS unless stated otherwise

  • Orchid photos remain property of the photographer unless assigned

  • No reproduction without written consent

  • Society logo protected

  • Members agree that the NGOS will have a non-exclusive right  to any content published on the website originating from a member or contributor

5. Membership Terms (Refer to the NGOS constitution)

  • Website access does not automatically confer membership

  • Membership is subject to approval from the NGOS Management Committee

  • The society reserves the right to terminate membership in accordance with its Constitution

6. Events and Shows

NGOS Spring and Autumn and other Shows:

  • Event details are subject to change

  • The Society is not liable for cancellations

  • Entry is at own risk

  • Photography at events may occur.

7. External Links

  • This Website may link to third-party sites

  • NGOS is not responsible for external content

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Important:
